Next, click on the "Add Permission" button.
Pull down the "Permission" menu and select "RuntimePermission".
Pull down the "Target Name" menu.
If you see "usePolicy" as a choice, then the bug fix succeeded.
otherwise, the bug fix failed.

Click on the "Cancel" button on the "Add Permission" window.
Click on the "Cancel" button on the "Add Policy Entry" window.
Exit policytool.

Press "Pass" if ... press "Fail" otherwise.
