    as the DEVICE parameter in /etc/sysconfig/diskdump to indicate 
    that it can be done only on RHEL3.
  - Update README file to specify that Partial Dump and Compressed
    Dump features cannot be used together on ppc64 machines; they
    can only be used separately.
