- Summary
- A text-based user interface for using libpurple. This can be run from a
standard text console or from a terminal within X Windows. It
uses ncurses and our homegrown gnt library for drawing windows
and text.

- reap sound child processes if they did not exit within 15 seconds
- migrate RHEL4 users to command "aplay %s" so sound continues to work
- default RHEL4 users to command "aplay %s"
- finch fix for x86_64 (one liner patch)
- Require RHEL4 libxml2 >= 2.6.16-12
